dinner summary

What is in this picture is my dinner for tonight containing chicken cutlet, eggplant Parmesan, meatballs, and cheesecake for desert. While I was eating the chicken cutlet I found it to be very chewy. It was soft and moist packed a lot of flavor in every bite. You could taste the tomato sauce slot and it added a strong taste that was almost on the salty side but not over powering the chicken. The next piece of food that I had been the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was very good. It was soft and chewy and had a really good taste. It matched the meal very well because it followed with the theme of tomato sauce and cheese. The sauce again added a very salty but not over powering taste. The cheese did the same thing and was a perfect item to use to complete the dish. The meatballs were good when u didn’t get a burnt one. They were chewy but not chewy to the point were your munching on them forever. They had a very meat taste, which is normal for meatballs, and they were again on the salty side. I guess salt is the main theme for the meal. Until we got to the desert which was cheesecake. It was sweet and sugary. It was thick but smooth. It was light and fluffy and buttery. It was really good and one of my favorite deserts.

Elliot,

I liked the balance of the squares and the circle. Chewy and salty - texture and taste. Give more detail - did the tomato sauce taste smoky, sharp, mild, round, acid, sweet? What parts of the tongue did different foods tickle? Which foods were more about smell than taste? Etc.
